Year of manufacture Golden 39M

I have a Golden 39M Serial Number 22260***. What year was it manufactured and approximate value in good used condition. Just purchased today along with a Golden 39A in almost perfect condition. Still has paper warning sticker on forarm. Have not fired either yet, but very clean and cycle well.

Subtract the first two digits from 2000 and it gives you the year.
I can't estimate values without seeing numerous quality pictures, and description of the bore and mechanics.
