The .30-30 Ackley Improved has never been offered as commercial ammo. It is strictly a reloader's cartridge that requires anyone who owns a gun to load their own.
You can shoot regular .30-30 ammo in an Improved chamber and it will fire form to the chamber, and then can be reloaded with the Improved die set.
