Hello,
I see there is an old thread but as this covers a different topic I though I would start a new one. I just purchased a model 44 20 gauge and am having issues with the safety not functioning. It appears the safety spring and pin are missing from my gun. Now I can't find an exploded diagram or schematic online so I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me by taking a picture of the trigger group of their model 44 so I can see how the pin and spring are oriented. I was able to find the parts at Numrich just unsure how they sit in the gun.
Thanks in advance

Thanks, I have seen that. The tab on the safety spring retainer broke off and the safety spring was floating around in the trigger group. I got it replaced when the parts came in today.
