I am a new member…joined yesterday.
I was seeking info about my ole 30-30….and stumbled upon this forum.
A 2008 post by Mr Johnson (plus collaborating details from other members) has given my rifle an identity.
She’s a Model 1936 2nd variation B prefix built in 1941.
This was reassuring to learn because I was being lead to believe that the rifle was some sort of a surplus parts Model 36 rifle.
Anyway let me introduce her in a couple photos.
