Question about my 1981 39A

Hi all, ive been a browser here for a while and finally joined.

I have a question about my 1981 39A. i was having jamming issues with it on occasion, ie: i would eject one round and while pulling the lever back just a short way the lever would hang up. to free it i would have to bring the lever just a bit forward again and then pull it back, it would then put the round into the chamber. this would only happen maybe once every magazine or two, not all the time, fairly random.

Anyway, i took it to a well trusted gunsmith and spent $75 to smooth out the action, which he did, nice and smooth. but i still get the occasional jams, although, less frequently. when it was jamming more i was using CCI HP, now im using CCI solids.

My question is, has anyone else had this happen with their 39A? is there a fix? I can live with it if i have to, and i reallydont want to go through the hassle of sending it to Marlin to be fixed, i couldnt even stand to be without it when it went to the gunsmiths for 3 weeks! LOL thanks for any help! Eric
