Will a Model 31 barrel fit on a Model 30?

I have a Model 31 as well as several hammered pumps of various models. The barrels look like they would interchange butt I do not have a 20ga hammer gun to try it with. If it works out that your model 31 barrel will not do what you want, and if you are interested, I am looking for a model 31 20ga barrel. Mine has been bulged and repaired but does not look so good.

Well, here's the answer to my own question which may help others. Yes, the model 31 barrel WILL fit on a model 30G. Hope this helps someone.
