need help

trying to date my new acquisition. picked up a 336 in 35 Remington ser number t22014 any info on year or anything else would be appreciated. thanks in advance

A Malrin with the letter "T" as the serial number prefix was manufactured in 1960. Marlin made the .35 Remington caliber guns from 1951 to 1983. Marlin made 3 versions of the 336 in 1960, a carbine, a Texan carbine ( straight grip version of a carbine ) both with 20 inch barrels and the 336-A or rifle with a 24 inch barrel.
