Marlin 1894 25-20 questions
Hey guys. So I recently purchased a 1894 25-20 lever with octagon barrel and peep sight. Gun looks good for its age, it is missing the rear dove tail sight, but does have the peep sight just behind the hammer on the tang. Gun has got great patina, and wood as well. Serial is 378169. What would be the year manufactured and approximate value ?

Likely built around 1908 I'd guess. Records stopped in 1906 at around 355,600. Can't tell you a value without good pictures and accurate bore description.
