I see some of my replies to posts never show up. I take it this is just a Q&A site with no interaction?

Lever Addict;

The reason you do not see your posts right away is because they go into "Que" awaiting approval from one of the moderators. As soon as I see an appropriate question or answer, it is approved. In time, after a certain number of approvals, your posts will not require the process, and will show up right away.
This system is to keep the spammers stuff from showing up until either approved, (which does not happern) or are deleted (all the time) The only time spam shows up right away is when they use the Guest Section that does not require registration to use for the person that has the one time question seeking a simple answer.
I hope this helps.

Crawfishdaddy;

Look at the icons in the upper, right hand corner of the post box. You will see the Edit icon, then an "X", and a couple of others. The "X" is the delete icon. "X" marks the spot to delete your message. Click on it, then you should get a confirm page then click "Yes" to delete your message.
If it will not work for you as a "Newly Registered User", send me a private message with the information about the post you want deleted and I will delete the message you want deleted.

There are very good instructions on the procedure for posting pictures in the "Guest Section" of the message board. Find the post "Old Marlin in New Zealand" and scroll down. Member "Road King" gave very good instructions on the procedure that is necessary to post photographs in a post.

Mnigriny;

Go to the topic you want to post under (such as General Gun Questions and Answers or Shotguns, etc.) In the upper left hand corner above the questions posted is a box with "NEW TOPIC" and click on that. It will open a new box in which you can post your question or topic.

I have been an Association member for a number of years. While I appreciate the quality of content on this website, I believe the association could grow by leaps and bounds if this site was modern and properly structured to attract search engines.
