I recently purchased a Marlin stamped 32W...
2 points:
1- from my research, it appears to be a 1889?
2- research shows a manufacture yr of 1890?
s/n 32774
Used, rough stick shape (scratched and chipped), original brass blade front sight, octagon barrel...
Best (guess) value?
Model and age verification...

Med4th;
The factory records do show serial number 32774 as a Model 1889 with a 24 inch octagon barrel in .32-20 caliber. It was shipped from the factory in New Haven, Ct. in early 1890.

Due to the increasing cost of ammunition, there will be no warning shot!
