Sight Hood for 1954 Model 39
Hello, I am trying to locate a round sight hood for my model 39. It belonged to my dad and I learned to shoot with it. It’s in near perfect condition I just need this hood and it’s ready to be passed down to the next generation.. Thanks so much for any help, if I can repay the favor in the future I’d be glad to..I’m sure this won’t be cheap..

Those sight hoods do show up on eBay from time to time and as you noted, can be on the high side for price. Just keep an eye there, and you should be able to get one. Search "Marlin Firearms" and if you know how to narrow your search, do so as you will get way too many items to search through.
