To anyone,
Just bought an 1894 limited in 45 colt.
In reading other posts i have determined it to have been manufactured in 1995.It has the color case hardening, marble's sights along with a marble's tang sight.Tha action is very slick and there are no marks on the wood and no wear on the bluing.
It appears that a few rounds may have been fed into the rifle from a very small mark on the loading gate.No maring or other damage to any screws on the rifle.
My questions are ,has anyone put a sadle ring on one of these rifles or replaced the factury but plate with a brass cresent one?
Thanks in advance,Ken
