Chuckmeister;
A Marlin Model 39-A with an "H" serial number prefix would have been manufactured in 1951. That makes is one of the early versions with the old style Ballard rifling instead of the later, patented Micro-Groove rifling as used by Marlin for many years.
Depending upon what parts you need, there is Numrich Gun Parts Corporation (http://www.e-gunparts.com) or Bob's Gun Parts (http://www.gun-parts.com/marlin)
Good luck........

Due to the increasing cost of ammunition, there will be no warning shot!
