Small H&R 32 Cal. Hammerless Revolver.

Post by BarkeyVA »

I have a small H&R hammerless, 5-shot revolver, Serial Number 254626. Stamped on top of the barrel is:

Harrington & Richardson Arms Company
Worchester, Mass, USA Pat. Oct. 8 1895

Stamped on the side of the barrel is: 32S&W,CTGE

Anyone know where I can find out when it was made, how many were made and how much it cost new?

I know they are relatively common. Recently, a dealer at a gunshow said mine was probably woth $75-$100 based on its relatively good condition. I'd still like to know when mine was made.
