Model 16 Marlin shotgun
I'm not much up on Marlin pumps, so I'm wondering how rare the Model 16 pump is? I have a friend who wants to sell me a Model 16, and I'm trying to decide if it's unique enough to have in my collection. It's in very nice condition, probably 80% finish on metal and wood. Thanks, Vall

I supose it is a D grade as well, lets see first 16ga Marlin ever made, only made about 7 years. We expect pictures.

No, it's a field grade. Not sure if or when I'll get it. Sometimes these things take weeks to transpire!

Vall;
If you decide you do not want it, I might have an interest in it. I decided to put a representative collection of the hammer pump shotguns together. I have not gotten the Model 16 as yet, so it might fill a "hole" if you do not want it.
Thanks...

Due to the increasing cost of ammunition, there will be no warning shot!

I'll keep you in mind! It took three months to finally get a look at the Marlins he was interested in selling, and it's been three weeks since I saw them, and still no call to let me know what he wants for them! There's three set trigger 1881's in there too, but all have issues.
