western field emn 175 12 ga

hi every one i need some info on a western field model emn 175 12 gauge bolt action its my brother-in-laws any and all info will be very helpful we want to know all about the gun and if we can get parts like the choke it is external and adjustable but now is broke off and a clip for the shells this is all the info that was stamed on the gun the only other marking is a jm on the barrel in front of the bolt thanks everyone for your time
