Marlin Model 90 ST

Post by snowboy98 »

I have a Marlin Mod. 90 o/u 12 ga. Serial number L2407. Can someone tell me what year it was made and is it possible someone could tell if an original Redhead buttplate could be found?

"L" Serial number indicates your Model 90 was made in 1954. That was the first year Marlin started selling the ST. Sorry, but I don't know where you might be able to find an original Redhead recoil pad. You might also try post your question about the Redhead pad on the Marlin Owners web site. Hope you enjoy shooting your Model 90 as much as I enjoy shooting mine.
