Marlin 55G 16 GA
Howdy to you all! My first post! I have a Marlin 55G in 16ga that I just picked up. Its in very good condition and a very interesting gun. Has a full choke 28 inch barrel on it. Cant find much info on it. Anyone have any clues about this interesting gun?

The 16 gauge Model 55 was made from 1961 to 1966. There were a total of 3,079 of the 16 gauge Model 55's made during the production run. The Model 55 in 16 gauge sole for $35.95 when introduced and at the end was selling for $39.95.
