No. 5 Pacific

Post by MNFireman »

I have a No. 5 Pacific, 40-85, I would like to find a local Minnesota resource that could give me some guidance on what to do with my Ballard and what it is worth. The stock were it attaches to the body of the gun was shaved down slightly. The way the stock looks it was done when the gun was new. I think to allow someone with a small hand to wrap it around the gun more easily. Serial Number on My Ballard is 198**. Any suggestions? Ideas?

MNFireman;

There are several members of the Association in Minnesota, but it might be easier for you to attend the 13th Annual NRA National Gun Collectors Show to be held in Minneapolis on August 9 & 10 this year. There will be numerous displays and very knowledgable people there to help you with your request for information. The show will be held at the Minneapolis Convention Center. No matter what, the show will be worth the visit as this show brings out some of the finest collectable firearms in the country.
Due to the increasing cost of ammunition, there will be no warning shot!

The growing federal deficit = generational slavery to the national debt.

If the world was perfect.......it wouldn't be.
