Marlin 3336 RC

Post by bentbarrelgunsllc »

I am working on a 336 RC rifle MFG 1953 for a customer and wanting to do a sympathy restore on it. Can someone please advise me as to what rear barrel band would be OEM, gold or blued?

Thank you very much should it be rounded or have sling stud because Numeric and every where I'm finding them are either Gold "sick" or have the stud.

The stud is optional, and shouldn't be there unless the buttstock also has a sling mount. Not sure why you're seeing so many gold parts at Numrich? Maybe they got a bunch of surplus from a defunct model?
