The rear sight is a model 21, it drifts in slot for windage. The model 38 has a wheel that moves the aperture on a screw. I have both

In the picture he posted of his sight, I see a windage screw.

That screw you see holds the flip down Aperture to change size. Look at the top View pic, it slides I. Cut out by pushing. The model 38 has a wheel that you turn and Aperture then moves on a screw
