1894 saddle ring
hello, I have a 1894 .44 mag serial# 71 23xxxx. I believe that the 71 indicates it was built in 71, but that might be my first mistake. but is also has a brass saddle ring. I'm not aware that the 1894 came with one. Any advice would be welcome.
