I have Model 60, serial # 02236337. How do I determine the details of this firearm such as manufacturing year, magazine size, etc? How do I obtain a manual?

Noflier;

With the serial number mentioned, your Marlin Model 60 was made in 1998. Check eBay for an owners manual. Or, you may be able to go to the Marlin Firearms Company website and see if an owners manual for the Model 60 is still available.

I have a model 37 Marlin pump 22. It was my dads first rifle. He was born in 1927. He bought the gun used. The serial number is located behind the trigger guard. The number is 7805. Can anyone tell me when the gun was manufactured? My email address is rpgammill@benekeith.com

Rpgammill;

The Marlin Model 37 was made from 1923 to 1931 by the newly formed Marlin Firearms Corporation. It was a re-named version of the Models 20 and 29 to give the Marlin Firearms Corporation a chance to introduce a "new" model, even though there were no mechanical changes.
Your serial number is about mid-way through the production serial numbers, so figure your gun was made during that time frame. There are no records for any of the Marlin pump action rifles so this is about as close as we can get to when it was made.
