I have a Model 1897 Ser # 2320XX and I was wondering if anyone knew when this rifle was made and approximate value?

A Marlin Model 1897 with a 232,000 serial number range gun would have been made around 1901.
As to value, that is dictated by the amount and condition of the remaining original factory finish on the wood and metal. Without knowing these conditions, it is not possible to give an estimation of value at this time. Sorry....
