Marlin Model 36G - Looking for manual
Hello - looking for help finding a manual for a Marlin Model 36G 30-30. This was my Dad's gun which has been in storage for years. I don't know much about it - he used it as a deer rifle. I'd like to start shooting it but will need good information for cleaning and maintenance. I've read that this gun is mechanically the same as a Model 336 and only differs in the wood and exterior appointments- if so manuals for the 336 are readily available. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Garnegm;
You are correct in that the Marlin Model 36-G is the same as a Marlin Model 336. As noted, the only differences is the wood and appointments.
The Glenfield series of guns, of which the Model 36-G was one, was a less expensive version of Marlin's main products.

Due to the increasing cost of ammunition, there will be no warning shot!
