Hi Guys and Thanks for letting me join the group where would be the best place to get all the info I can get on my marlin 1894 25-20 I found out it was made in 1902 and I heard of cody firearms just nt sure if it worth the price they want Thanks for any help

This is very good place to start. With the serial number, the factory records can be checked to verify the original configuration and date shipped from the factory.
Due to the increasing cost of ammunition, there will be no warning shot!

I have one serial number 373644. Anyone know the date of manufacture?

Bellasdaddy;

The old factory records end at about 355,500 in December of 1906. Your Model '94 with a serial number in the 373,000 range could be estimated to have been made around late 1907 or early 1908. That is about as close as we will be able to get at this time.
