39 lever screw for Frankengun

A friend gave me a beautiful Frankengun. It has a receiver made in 1945, mated to a later 39A top. The main problem I have now is the lever screw, I I have no idea what it looks like and I have run out of ideas. Everything I try will not keep the lever from rising up on the boss and letting the lever spring fall behind it and screw everything up.
Can someone send me pix of the screw or better yet tell me where I can get one? Will a 97 lever screw work?
