1894 Marlin Safety 44-40 Carbine Saddle Gun 15" Barrel

Post by Antique Tackle Guy »

New to the board thanks for the opportunity. Looking for Help, I inherited this gun. It has ATF Paper stating it was produced legally with a 15" Barrel. It has a broken Hammer spring and is missing the stock any ideas from you all as to where I might find them?

The hammer spring from any early 94 or 93 will work. I buy them used on ebay or gunbroker but other online folks have them also. You can find used buttstock the same way or you can buy a precarved new replacement that will need final inletting and finishing. Precision Gunstocks should google up pretty easily and I have been very happy with them. You may need a buttplate too, I'm guessing.
