Model 1893 ejector spring

I have to replace the ejector spring on a model 1893 . I have found a replacement ejector spring but I think its from a 1894 model. Are these springs the same? If so what's the best way to replace the broken spring? Any information or tips would be

Yes, they are the same.
there is a guy that sells New=made ejector springs and other Marlin springs on Ebay.
I bought a nice mainspring from him and will be buying of these ejector springs as well.
