1894 barrel threads

does anyone know if the threads on the current 1894 lever action barrels are the same as old originals? thanks bill
Sure wish someone knew the answer to this one. I'm wanting to put a new 1894 bbl on an old (+-1920 DOM year) 1894 marlin.
