What Does Ruger Buying Marlin Mean to Marlin Owners?
Now that Ruger has bought Marlin in the bankruptcy sale, what will that mean for Marlin owners and the Association?

Hopefully a better quality gun than Remington, Freedom Group could make if Ruger keeps/uses the name

ChanceMcCall;
As far as the Association goes, it will depend upon who the Ruger management retains from Remington to run the Marlin business. We have a good relationship with what was the current management and they have been very generous to the Association. I am sure there will be more information by the time the Association holds the Annual Meeting and Show in Sioux Falls, S.D. in late October.

Due to the increasing cost of ammunition, there will be no warning shot!
