It is cut! The records show it is a .44-40 caliber gun that left the factory with a 24 inch octagon barrel and full magazine tube in mid-1892.
Due to the increasing cost of ammunition, there will be no warning shot!

The growing federal deficit = generational slavery to the national debt.
