I've just registered myself, and I'm not a Marlin collector but I stumbled across an interesting Marlin rifle this week. I can't seem to find a lot of information about it. It's a Marlin Model 38 .22 pump, octagonal barrel stamped Rockwell-Marlin. It has a 4 digit SN - 12XX. It's in pretty decent shape. I cleaned and oiled the action, and took it to the range today. It functions just fine. I'd post a few photos here, but I don't see that I can.
If anyone is familiar with this model and has more information, I'm sure I'd find it interesting!
