Original Marlin 1895, 40-65 Firing Pin

Post by DTP1893 »

Can anyone help me locate an original (or correctly made duplicate) firing pin for a Marlin 1895 made in 1896?

Thank you,
Pete

Pete;

If you are looking for the front section of the firing pin, Wisner's lists it ( part # 95-17 ). Wisner's can be found at www.wisnersinc.com
Thank you for knowing that the .32-40 and .38-55 cartridges were original Ballard cartridges made by John M. Marlin, then hijacked by that "W" brand company many years ago. History needs to be set straight!
Due to the increasing cost of ammunition, there will be no warning shot!
