model 60 ammo
Can a model 60 autoloader safely shoot 22short cb caps or regular shorts if they are manually loaded one at a time and you manually eject the brass. Thank,s...John

The Model 60 would be able to shoot those cartridges listed if you load them manually. They might even have enough power to eject or partially eject the spent shell.
The only problem is what it will do to the chamber. Eventually, over time and long term use of the shorter cartridges, it can corrode the chamber (unless you have a stainless steel version of the Model 60) and then not chamber the longer cartridges when you want to use them.

Regnier, thanks for the input. I probably will not be shooting over a dozen rounds of 22 shorts so hopefully there won't be any damage done. Thank,s again...John H
