Marlin 39 Century Limited

Post by mbfranklin »

I have a Marlin 39 Century Limited I am looking to get rid off. It has the octagonal barrel. I have heard it is worth around $600. Is anyone interested?

You can see pics of the gun here: http://www.aggieportal.com/ploggerb3/?level=album&id=17.

I can be contacted at michael.franklin@siemens.com.

I am very interested in this rifle, I have seen them in FAIR condition sell for around $130. I have also seen one in mint condition sell for $200. I cannot see the pictures one your post. If you can post another way to see the pictures that would be great.

A mint condition Century Limited for $200 would be a STEAL. The original price in 1970 was $125! If it has the original box, the rifle is more likely in the 400-500 range on the open market...

Lately, if they have excellent condition, that $600 figure is NOT out of bounds.
