Any help as to which year this may be produced and approx purchase price.

A serial number in the 425,000 range will have been manufactured around 1912/1913. There are no records after December of 1906, so we can only estimate anything after that date.
Value depends on overall condition of the remaining original factory finish on the wood and metal. Without knowing these conditions, it is not possible to give an estimation of value.

Where can i find a link to look up manufacture dates based on Serial Numbers?

There several sites with serial number information, this being one of them. But, there are no factory records available after December of 1906 and serial numbers above 355,500. Any numbers above that are strictly estimates from a known serial number that has been dated.
