Hi all,
I have a Marlin 81 dl/J.C. higgins 103.229 that I got from my father. I was wondering if anyone knows or has a complete bolt assembly for this rifle. I would like to restore it since it has sentimental value. I have searched everywhere online including e-gunparts.com/numrich and nobody has it. I have everything for the gun except the bolt assembly mentioned. Any help would be great.

I don't want to get your hopes up but I have an 81DL and I am trying to finish also.
All it needs is the left extractor installed(fitted) which I purchased from Numrich.
I may be looking to sell the whole rifle or part it out. I am not attached to this rifle at all so feel free to make me an offer.
You never know, I may part it out or sell the whole thing.
