Dellon;

You will need to provide more information for anyone here to help. It obviously will be a new Model 1894, but which one? Marlin made guns for several distributors in limited editions, and without knowing what your version is, we cannot help you identify it.
Looking forward to your reply.......
Due to the increasing cost of ammunition, there will be no warning shot!

Dellon;

What does the medallion in the butt stock say? That will tell us a great deal about this particular gun. What little information you have given so far tells us nothing, and we cannot help you from that.....

Since you lack specific information, I can only generalize.

Marlin, among others, makes any of several model firearms to the specifications of an entity that places a significantly sized order. The "specification" can be a simple as a medallion inlayed in a wood stock, or more involved - depending upon what's wanted & what the maker is willing to supply.

These modern, special guns may, or may not, be branded with the name of the ordering entity - but are usually referred to and sometimes branded as a "Limited Edition", even though they're just a regular, plain-vanilla model with different markings.
The companies ordering such "specials" generally have an exclusivity clause in their contract, i.e. - no other company can get the exact same item that they ordered.
They also agree to pay for the limited run, albeit 100, 250, 500, 1,000, 3,000 - whatever.

So what you probably looking at buying (since from your post you don't own it) is yet another modern "manufactured" collectible like a Dreamsicle statuette, instead of a true collectible - like a once ordinary, but now old & rarely seen, gun.

If you like it, buy it for what it is to you, not what some seller says it is to you.
