Marlin 30 30
I have a Marlin 30 30 with the serial # c2389 under the lever. Does anyone know what year this gun was made and what it is worth? Thanks for any help.

Need some more information as there are a couple of posibilities. Is this a rifle or carbine? What name did Marlin use on the barrel such as Marlin Firearms Corporation? What is the length and shape of the barrel such as 24" octagon. Is there a bullseye imbedded in the bottom of the buttstock? Does it say Model 1893 or Model 93 on the upper tang? Is there a star stamp by the model number on the upper tang? Thanks, Parley
