model 36 sights I NEED BOTH

I have a model 36 in 30-30. t was given to me as a boy. The sights were a ramp front and flat top rear. Both sights have fallen out on hunting trips of my youth. Since it had a scope, it was not a concern at the time. However now that I have come to truly appreiciate this rifle, I would like to bring it up to snuff. The ramp was dovetailed in and has a flat machined on the barrel for it to sit on. I need sights Where can I get the correct ramp/ bladebead and rear set for this rifle?

A carbine will have two barrel bands -- one at the end of the forearm and another at the muzzle end. A rifle will have a steel cap at the end of the forearm.
