Hi Harlin I checked out some of your pictures and it's pretty bad, you look to have some good/bad rust and pitting going on there. I've haven't tried this but found it very interesting, go to youtube and type in "rust removal electrolysis" Might be worth a try? See what others think though...

After looking at the cal. stamp I think it's non factory. The front sight looks to be though. Trying to get a decent picture of front sight and barrel markings. Don't have a very good camera for close up work...
