Great American Game Series Medallion

Bought an Marlin model 60 on Gun Broker. Was supposed to have a Squirrel Great American Game Series Medallion in the stock. It fell out when shipped and lost. Was wondering if anyone had an extra one, or one from a broken stock, they would sell.

Marlin Firearms Collectors Association Model 60

Do any of you members have any info on a Marlin Model 60 made for you. The seral number makes it manufactured in 1988. Had a Marlin Firearms Collectors Association medallion in the stock. One I seen has a Marlin sling. Any Idea on how many were made? Also, if made in other years. Would any of you ha...

Wrong Seral Numbers on Marlin Private Brand Model .22's

s there anyone who worked for Marlin who would know why, or anyone have guess why the seral numbers on some of these .22's would not start with the correct Letters I have about 6 .22 rifles that start with numbers, which are correct for the years they were produced, but should have started with lett...

Re: 922M

Know this is way late in replying. 918pigpen's 922M S/N 922m6386 would have been made in 1994. Should have walnut hand-cut checkering. nuclearmac's 922M S/n 922m86** according to the code is manufactured in 1992. The problem is the catalogs didn't show the 922M until the 1993 catalog. It is possible...

Re: Do I have a Model 50??

:D Thank you for the reply. I missed the line about a later variation, any idea why they left the model number off the receiver and what year(s)? I also will be needing a magazine. Plenty of talk about converting other magazines, but haven't found any instructions on what needs to be done. Do you ha...

Do I have a Model 50??

Just purchased what I was told is a model 50. It may be one because it fires from the open bolt. But it doesn't have the ejector lever or the cutout for it. On the top of the barrel it just says "The Marlin firearms Corporation" and below that "New Haven. Conn. U. S. A. Patented"...
