Barrel and Receiver serial numbers.

What model is this Ballard rifle?
The pictures are of a Ballard rifle I've been salvaging from a scrape heap. The butt stock seems to be maple. The forearm is walnut. It is a .32w which shoots .32-20. Can anyone tell me the model?
