As everyone will tell you without pictures no one can appraise your rifle. Based on the description of the artwork and Penny added I can assure you it was not factory done. You must use a third party to post photos. Either Photobucket or Imgur.

What Gunrunner is saying is correct for exporting and importing the rifle to the US from Canada. But, you have not mentioned if you are Canadian or US citizen.
