39-a Mountie Question
Hi, All I am new to this forum. I just picked up a NIB 39-a mountie that has never being fired. # R2---- which I think is 1958. It has all the tags still on, adapter base for scope in seperate bag and offset hammer spur in seperate bag, Site-in instructions.Question is the bulls eye in stock must have loosened and fallen out over the years of sitting and is not in bottom of box.Can this be purchased from factory? I have known about this gun for quite a number of years and finally worked the deal. I will not fire this gun, I have other Marlins to shoot. Thanks Pete

Pete;
The plastic bullseye is available from the factory. Go to http://www.marlinfirearms.com. Or, you can call Marlin Gun Service Department at 1-800-544-8892 and order one on the phone. They cost around $2.00 or less. Good luck.......
I hope this helps.
