Part for a Marlin model 81 22cal. rifle

I am looking for the magazine tube plug for my Sears rifle. I know it is a marlin 81 from research I have done. However I can't find a place to buy this plug. It fell out one day on a hunting / plinking trip. If anyone knows where to buy one I would appreciate a response.

You just missed a complet part out of a copy of the 80 on e-bay, went cheap! There are still a few parts for sale there, watch and more may come up for bid. Numrich I'm sure will have this part for such a common .22 rifle and I think there are other models that use the same parts.

e-gunparts.com (Numrich) show many parts for model 81. You can call them at 866-686-7424 and describe the part that you need and they will look to see if they have it.
