Marlin 1894 CP in .357 Magnum

I am trying to determine a value for this particular firearm but I am not having any luck. Evidently it is more rare than I thought it was. I have an opportunity to trade this for another rifle but I am at a loss. Can you help me figure out a value for it? It is I would say 98% it has spent its life in the safe since I purchased it brand new in 2001. It has seen maybe 200-250 rounds through it in total. I found one that sold in "CT Auctions" in 2018 for $1,045.99 before auction fees and another that went for $1,600 in 2013 out in Georgia somewhere. Please, I need help!

at the Birmingham, Al. gun show last month I saw one in Very good shape 1450.00 , don't know if it sold ..a gun is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.. if that's any help!
