Marlin 1893 ID
I’ve been trying to identify my Marlin without to much success. The number on the bottom is D7478, special smokeless steel on the side barrel, Marlin safety stamped on top and Marlin Firearms Manufacturer info on top barrel. A lot of the stamped information is visible only with good lighting (sunlight). Was wondering if anyone had time to school me on what I have. Thanks
