I HAVE A 39A W/ SERIAL NO/L 23306 WITH STRAIGHT STOCK AND A WEAVER SCOPE B-6 SIDE MOUNTED- GUN IN EXCELLANT CONDITION
WOOD HAS NO CRACKS OR CHIPS BLUING ALL THERE . WHEN WAS IT MADE AND THE GOING PRICE FOR THE RIFLE IN THIS CONDITIONTHANKS FOR ANY HELP POPPY@IJ.NET

L was made in 1954. The side mounted Weaver scope is not factory, and will deter from the gun's value. Wish I could tell you what it's worth, but most of us refrain from giving values on guns we can't inspect closely.
